WE WON

We played our last soccer game of the season this morning and WON. I scored 4 out of 5 of the goals. My mom was so proud of me and I was really happy too. I can't wait because my mom signed me up for two soccer camps this summer. So by next year I will be even better then I was this year.

I scored a total of 9 game goals this year.

Gymnastics & T&T Classes

Mom signed me up for Gymnastics classes and Trampoline & Tumbling classes since I am done with spring soccer.

I am also going to go to a Wednesday Gymnastics class. Tonight was my first T&T class. At first I didn't really like it, there is only one other boy in my class and I am the youngest. Everyone else is older then me by at least 5 years.

By the end of the class I knew it was going to be something that I was good at and that I wanted to do.

My mom said I would like it and I did.

Tonight I learned how to do a back walk over and how to jump and sit on the trampoline. So fun and cool.

Crawfish Fest

For the past 3 weekends, the Crawfish Fest has been going on in Old Town Spring.

Some friends came out each weekend and we got to ride on rides, play games and have fun.

Super Dave came in from College Station for 2 weekends and he made my mom drink to much.

Next year it is going to be all 4 weekends in April. I can't wait, because I like the spicy corn and potato's. Crawfish NOT so much.

Union Pacific Northern 844

This morning was a very rare occasion, the Northern U.P. 844 made a stop in Old Town Spring. The Northern U.P. 844 is the last steam locomotive built for Union Pacific Railroad.

This steam engine has run hundreds of thousands of miles as Union Pacific's ambassador of goodwill. It has made appearances at Expo '74 in Spokane, the 1981 opening of the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento, the 1984 World's Fair in New Orleans and the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Los Angeles Union Station in 1989. It's nick named "Living Legend," the engine is and usually only does excursion runs for V.I.P.s

But I got to see it this morning, since we can't take a trip on this one we are going to take a trip on one next weekend. I am really excited and can't wait.

Black Eyed Peas

Tonight mom & I went to the Rodeo to see the Black Eyed Peas. She closed her store early so that we could go and do and see things before the rodeo and concert. I got a turkey leg that took me almost 2 hours to eat. I got to see a whole lot of animals; steer, chickens, rabbits, cows, chicks, turkeys, sheep, emus and a ton of other animals. I also got to buy some things too.

After shopping, eating and visiting with animal friends who were there, we got to go watch the rodeo. Our seats were ground 10th row from the dirt. We got to see the cowboys up close and watch the action, even got dirt thrown on us from the chuck wagon races.

When the rodeo was done the concert started. I was so excited to see the BEP's they are one of my favorite groups. I danced and say and then we went to eat with the people that we were sitting with. We went to a place call Little Woodrow's which is a few blocks away from my friends house.

I had a great time and can't wait to go to more concerts. I'm going to see Taylor Swift & Lady Gaga. Mom's picks are Dave Mathews and Sting. I already have my concert tickets :)

Today mom took me to Space Center Houston, Maddie and Gavin got to come with us. It was real fun. There were snakes there that you could hold. Walked thru the shutle and got to see a bunch of ther space stuff. It was a trip that I would love to go on again, but not during spring break... way too many people.

After we went to a pocket beach in Galveston and Gavin and I got to swim for a bit. The water was super cold, but I love the water so it didn't matter.

Riding with Eddie

Today Eddie & Wendy came by my mom's store and Eddie took me for a ride on his motorcycle.
This year my mom is going to get me a full faced motorcycle helmet so that I can ride on her 250cc scooter. I was too little last year to ride on the feeder road. But my mom would take me for rides on the side streets.
I can't wait till I'm old enough to get my own bike.
Ride Free!!!

Great Wolf Lodge

My Rabbits

we got 2 flemish giants for Christmas. my mom got Sir Windsor (sandy color) and I got Sir York (light grey color). Windsor is 20 pounds and York is 18#.
We had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick them up from the breeder, he lived way way way out in the country. Jamie drove and there was so much snow on the hill into the drive way of the breeders house that we started to slide backwards. But Jamie got to use the GPS that she got for Christmas to get us to the right place. We stopped at a McDonalds oasis for breakfast too.
When we got them to home grandpa wanted to cook them and have them for dinner, but I said no, no no because they are my pets. Mom and I had to give them baths because they stunk really bad.
Mom had to buy 2 duffle bags to bring the rabbits home in. We got to take them on the airplane ride home. It took 45 minutes to get thru the security gates because everyone wanted to see them and take pictures. Mom had to answer a lot of questions from people.
They are very friendly and want to be held all the time. Windsor loves treats and York likes to sit on my lap and get his ears rubbed.

Christmas 2009

This year my mom & I went to Chicago for Christmas and New Years.

Santa came thru again & delivered almost all the stuff I wanted. Grandma & Grandpa & Jamie got me a whole mess of stuff too, including a GPS. My mom needs one of those too.
I got Pleo the dinosaur from Grandma & Grandpa, but Grandma wanted to keep it, so did a lot of the people at the airport. I got a nerf gun, swimming goggles, clothes, a dinosaur thing to put together, a remote controll car, books, videos, music cds, an ipod for my music, a wii system with a bunch of games, a really big remote controll monster truck and more stuff I don't remember.

Grandpa and mom took me sleding which was a bunch of fun, because last year grandpa got me my very own blue sled. I got to use it this year, it was really fun. Grandpa keeps it in the garage for me becuase we don't have any place to use it at home. My mom even went down the hill and so did Grandpa.
I love the snow. I want to go the mountains to visit my cousins Heather and Jenny. They live in Colorado. They both ski and board and said they will teach me. My mom says maybe next year.

Festival of Lights at Moody Gardens

Went to Galveston tonight for the Festival of Lights at Moody Gardens. We went through the Aquarium, which was very cool. I got to stand in a shark cage and even pet some star fish and coral.

After that we walked around and visited all the stations of lights.
Then we grabbed some hot chocolate and headed to the rink to do some ice skating. After about 2 hours of skating on slush we went back for some more hot chocolate and grabbed a bag of kettle corn that we ate sitting around a huge bonfire. A lot of fun.

That night we stayed at a Jeff's beach house for the night because it was too late to drive home. We woke up early the next morning and mom made us breakfast. Jeff and I walked on the beach looking for shells while mom took a shower and got dressed. We just hung out for the rest day watching movies and playing games because it was mom's day off.
I love going to the beach house. I am such a waterbaby. Mom says that's a good thing. :)
