Movie Review

We went to the movies tongiht because it was raining really bad and we needed something to do besides go to the mall and play.

So mom and I went to see Inglourious Basterds and Julie & Julia. Both were real good movies.

The first one was about the war and how some guys were going to kill the bad guys. It had great action, alot of blood and shooting. And was funny.

Julie & Julia was about a girl now and an older woman who is a famous cook when she was learing to cook. It was a real funny movie.

Mom & I liked both movies. Mom met a guy in the first movie. He said that he comes to the movies all the time and has seen us and they started talking. He brough me candy back when he went to refill his drink. Nice guy.

my Razor

rode my razor today. the bolt came off of the front fork which made it hard to ride to my mom so she could fix it. but she did and then i got to ride a lot more. as soon as mom can find a helmet for me she will take me on her 250 scooter and her motorcycle. my head is not big enough for a ff dot helmet. bummer.

my bike

I wanted to post a few pictures of me and my bike. I've been riding with not training wheels for a real long time, like 6 months, but been to busy or just haven't had the camera with me when riding. Mom makes me wear a helmet all the time so in case I fall I don't split my melon open.

I like to jump over things like sidewalks, sticks, puddles, curbs and things like that. I can't wait to get a 50cc dirt bike for my birthday. Watch out!!!

Tiffany

Tiffany had her surgery today to remove some lumps, one on her stomach and one on her front
leg.

She did really well and the surgery was over an hour long.

Mom & I have to keep preasure bandanges on her to help with healing. I help mom unwrap her and then wrap her.

Tiffany has to go back to the vet in a week to have her stitches & staples removed.

Movie Review

Tonight mom & I went to the movies to see two movies.

The first one was District 9 which I thought was a great movie, but my mom thought it was so-so. I liked all the action and the alians. Mom liked the story line, but didn't like all the jerky video moves. Made her a bit car sick, which I don't get because we were sitting in the movie seats. Oh well.

The second movie was My Sisters Keeper. I cried when the sister was sick and she was dying. Mom was very sad because she thought of her friend Robby. Robby was her next door neighbor who was sick like the girl in the movie.

We also had dinner at the movies tongiht too. Which was good, cause I got a a slushie.

Camping in Huntsville

My mom took me camping for 2 nights at Huntsville State Park. We got to go swiming, kayaking & hiking. I got to see some alligators in the lake and feed a squirrel.

I like to camp. Next time we are go camping here we are going to our bikes and go on the 4 hour trail.

The Taj Mahal

Aunt Jamie named our tent the Taj Mahal because it is a 3 room tent. One room is mine the other is my mom's and then we have a bathroom. But this trip Jamie slept in my room on my air mattress. Jamie made fun of my mom because she has everything but the kitchen sink. We have a gas stainless steel grill with a baby gas tank and totes for everything. Mom even has checkered table clothes for the picnic tables. My mom says that she is camping not roughing it.

We go camping all the time because I really like it. Our next trip is going to be to Turner Falls. There is a water fall and a lagoon that I can swim in. I really like water so my mom tries to plan trips around things I can do. We are going to take 4wheelers out when we go camping next. I'm so excited.

The Alamo

Today we went to visit The Alamo. The tour and grounds do not charge to get in and the gift shop was very well priced so that means I got to get a lot of things.

Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch

Today Jamie, me & my mom when to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch. I got to feed the animals and even kiss a few. It was fun and I really enjoyed the petting zoo. There was a baby goat which is called a kid. Jamie & my mom got to hold it.
We spent most of the day at the Ranch then we went to eat & then floated down the river.

New Braunfels Camping Trip, July 19-24

My Aunt Jamie came from Chicago to visit us for 2 weeks so me and my mom took her to New Braunfels to go camping and to float the Comal River.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Tonight after we worked the dog show, we took my aunt Jamie to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince at the Greenway Plaza theaters. I like going there because they have a million different theaters with popcorn and candy on every level.

The movie was good. Mom didn't like how it ended and Jamie who knows and has seen all of them helped us thru the movie.

Reliant Dog Show

As always my mom has a booth at the big Houston dog show. This year she didn't have a Loving Spots Dalmatian Rescue booth because it was only her and my aunt Jamie working.

My mom did compete with her new dog Monica, who is a Black Russian Terrier, in weight pull. Monica did reall good for her first show. She pulled 1150 pounds. The winner pulled 3000 which were pitbulls. Since Monica is a champion in comformation and has her CD and RN so far, my mom wants to do more with her.

Beach trip

Today my mom closed her store so we could go down to Galveston. I love going to the beach. The weather was awsome, warm water, sunny skies & big waves. Had a lot of fun. Next Monday Ashton is going to meet us at the beach. He is taking swimming lessons so that he can learn to swim.

4th of July

Happy 4th of July Everyone.

This morning I helped mom in the store so that we could leave early.

Ashley, Ashton & Aiden came by and we all went to watch fireworks at the Waterway Plaza. It was fun.

Mom packed some PB&J sandwiches, chips & pickles for everyone and we went early to get a good seat to watch fireworks. We play in the fountains too which was a blast with all the other kids.

Good times...

Natural Bridge Caverns

On Saturday after floating down the river once, mom took me to the Natural Bridge Caverns. This place was so awsome! We had do go down deep into the ground and into these tunnels and rooms. Mom took a lot of pictures, but they dont show how big everything was or how deep some of the caves were. There is only one plant and one frog that live down there.

The walk ways are wet and the walls and celing drip water so when you are walking you should hold onto the handrail. The tour guide said that if you get a drip on you from one of the rocks it means that you are lucky. The more drips you get the luckier you are! Mom is real lucky.

We got to see million year old bat poop and a buch of calcium deposits.

Next river trip we go on we are going to to the wild ranch to feed the wild animals. That park is right next door. But we didn't have time this trip. Mom says next time when Aunt Jamie comes to visit in July.

New Braunfels

This past weekend was my friend Gavin's 11th Birthday. So his celebrated in a pretty cool way. We went camping on the Comel River in New Braunfels.

Texas Ski Ranch

When in New Braunfels we went to Texas Ski Ranch. This place is wicked!!!

My mom got Gavin and I a skateboard lesson which was pretty cool, but Gavin and I fell a few times. I've got some major scrapes on my hip. When you check out the pictures, click thru them fast and it's like a movie you can see when I fell.

After a little lunch & birthday cake, we got to go kneeboarding. I fell on my first try but then made it all the way down to the end of the lake. It was so much fun. Next summer I will be six and be able to go to a camp at Texas Ski Ranch. So I'm going to go for 3 weeks. One week will be for skateboarding, one for wakeboarding and the other will be for dirtbiking. I'm so excited. There is so much more I will be able do do when I'm 6. WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the river is calling....

this weekend my friend Gavin is going to be turning 11 years old and we are going to go with him and his dad to the comel river. we are going to go skateboarding too, i can't wait it will be so much fun

it's been a long time

I've been up to a lot, but I have not updated my blog because I have been doing so much. We have been going to the movies, and the drive in, hangingout with friends, going to the beach and the aquatic center. Been hanging out with my rock star buddy's Chuck and Gavin. In fact, me and my mom are going to go to the Comel River for Gavin's birthday in 2 weeks. I'm super duper excited. It will be a total blast.

I've been riding my bike around a lot (pictures should be posted soon by my mom). It's a lot of fun cause I can go to Jones Park and ride the trails.

Saw my dad training dogs at the park, but didn't stop because he doesn't want to see me or my mom.

Went to the Pasadena Strawberry Fest a couple weeks back, had a piece of the world's largest strawberry short cake. Rode a ton of rides with my friend Ashton. (pics to come soon).

My mom has been real busy with her store. She is so busy that we are taking a trip soon because she needs to relax. Me too.

I new have blue sand

Today we filled my turtle sandbox. I just didn't get it filled with regular old sand, but with blue sand. Blue is one of my favorite colors.

Kumon Graduation

Today there was an graduation event for The Woodlands Kumon center. I got a dog tag for my acheivements for my level. Because I completed everything that I should for my age group. Yippie me!!! I look so handsome in my pictures. I'm one good looking kid & I'm super smart too!

Getting the new store fixed up

I've been helping my mom get her new store fixed up so she can move in. It's been a lot of work, but worth it.

Her new store has a full kitchen in it which will be great cause she can cook me lunch, dinner or breakfast when we are there long hours.

Plus she can put a washer and dryer in for all the groom towels.

And I have a little back yard to play in.

I'm so excited.

Krush Stake Park

Well it just the thing to do now. When we go to Chicago, I must stop in at Krush and visit all my skating friends. See my instructor and take a few more lessons. This year there were a bunch more bikes, but it's all good we all ride & work it out.

Next year I'll be old enough to stay the night on New Year's Eve. While my mom goes and hangs out with all her friends, I'll be chill'n with mine.

Christmas Day

Wow what a day. I got so many clothes that I don't know if I will have to buy anything for the next two years. Grandma & Grandpa spoil me more then my mom does which is so super cool. This year I got alot of toys too. So many that my mom had to have two extra large suitcases and a huge box to ship home. Right on....

Grandpa got me a sled so that I could play in the snow. It was really cold outside, so I had to take breaks. When I came inside Grandma made me hot chocolate with marshmellows. Another plus for Grandma & Grandpa.

I'll be back to see my chicago crew in Feb.... till then, peace out xx oo

Ashton's Birthday Party

Okay, so today we went to my best friend Ashton's birthday party. He is now 5 just like me. He had his party at this place like Jump'n Jam. We had so much fun. Great cake and drinks.

After the party mom and I got Ashton a huge pizza. It was HUGE. There was so much pizza. It was really HUGE. We opened all his gifts and then played with some of them. Had a good time, now I'm really tired. Here are a few pictures of what it was like
